So you may ask, who is Adam Connor? He is the recently divorced, Academy Award-winning actor who just moved in next door with his kid. He also happens to be an exquisite male specimen and the most infuriating sly bastard I've ever come across. While I was being thoughtful by not breaking and entering, and was actually considering going over to offer him a shoulder to cry on (you know, because of his divorce), instead he had me thrown in jail after a small incident. Jail, people!

This book was FANTASTIC! I cant tell you how many books I have poured through trying to find one with a perfect mix of hot sex and an engaging plot (I mean just because we want a good rumple in the sheets, doesn't mean we don't deserve all the twists and turns too, right?). These little babies are a treasure to stumble across in the sea of today's soft cheap porn that dumbs down the romance section. This book gave me all the feels! I laughed, I cried, I rooted for Adam and Lucy til the very sweet sweet end and isn't that what we all really want anyway? This book is worth the money, worth the credit, worth the time and worth the read. We all need an Adam Connor in our lives...but since we cant, Ill continue to live vicariously through the superb writing of Ella Maise! Bravo on a job well done Ella! I will definitely be on the look out for more.

Poorly written, doesn’t go anywhere and these people are supposed to be in college, but they sound like 8th grades as far as their relationship maturity goes. I made it through chapter 12 but I just can’t keep going :-/. I second the recommendation for the Premonition Series instead by Amy Bartol. That’s an amazing paranormal romance trilogy!

I'm so tired of these over the top sex stories popping up all over the romance section. There is a BIG difference between a great love story with a couple of knock your socks off sex scenes thrown in and this. Anyone else get annoyed when every encounter leads to a sexual experience? Wanna have a picnic? Sex. Wanna take a shower? Sex. Wanna cook dinner? Sex. Wanna clean the garage? Sex...okay, maybe not that last one, but you get the idea. Seriously. For the love of readers everywhere, please keep to the main point of the story because while I would love to know if Talon is ever able to get past the sexual abuse/abduction he experienced as a child and find a life with Jade, I am not willing to listen to another 800 pages of him touching her sweet little c**t to get to the end. Sorry.

“I totally rocked it!”; “Like, totally awesome!”; “He’s so Hubba-hubba”...Can someone tell me what kind of supreme angelic male perfection would choose women that speak this way? Throughout the series I have been completely turned off by these types of phrases spewing from the mouths of the chosen mates to our warriors. The women must be smoking hot because they certainly weren’t selected for their intelligence level. It’s almost embarrassing and made doubly bad by forced male narration. The men are so mature, put together, strong, serious, expectant, and proud...their females? Valley girls come to mind or the movie Clueless. That about sums it up. Please redo these books and these visions of male perfection in my mind the female leads they deserve! I can’t stand Annabelle, Nicola or Elin! #straightupmess

Lilly Yazhi knows all she needs to know about Clay Tahoma. Sure, he’s got a certain appeal befitting his Navajo roots, but she’s not falling for Clay’s silent, “earthy” attractiveness. She certainly won’t make the same mistake as Clay’s ex-wife. Only trouble is, her heart and mind have committed to different resolves.

Why ruin a perfectly good series with book 4 exploding (notice what I did there?) with more porn than plot? So tired of authors using filler sex when their creative gas tanks are running on empty. Loved the first 3 books, but take a lesson from Sylvia Days Crossfire Series and know when to quit. Can’t fast forward thru anymore Big O’s. #overit

'If life had no love in it, what else was there for Maggie?' The Mill on the Floss, first published in 1860, is considered one of George Eliot's most autobiographical works. Having formed a complex bond with her own family, George Eliot, now known to the public as Mary Ann Evans, depicts the loving yet volatile relationship between the Tulliver siblings and their doting father. Spanning over a period of 10 years, The Mill on the Floss follows the coming of age of the beautiful and idealistic Maggie.

I'm a lot of things - a screwup, a basket case, a flunky. But when I take a nanny job to be near my pregnant sister, I swear to myself I'll walk the straight and narrow, which means I cannot fall for my insanely hot boss. I don't want to be tempted by that rugged rancher. By his chiseled muscles or southern charm or the way he snuggles his kids at bedtime. Ethan Carter won't get the key to my heart, no matter how much I want him.

It was okay...a little slow with not much of a plot. Tori’s quick wit and spunky personality kept me laughing and therefore listening though. Overall I felt the story was a little “too good to be true” with characters that possessed unearthly beauty and character traits. I’m not gonna lie, I rolled my eyes more than once at the absurdity of it. Our heroine looks like a Disney princess, has unlimited talents both in and out of the bedroom and plays the victim card a little too much. Puh-lease. I wanted to smack her. And once again, I have to scream...TOO MUCH SEX! When did the romance genre become overrun with porn?! Good background noise, but I won’t be raving about it at book club.

Zane Phillips mistook me for his dog walker. It shouldn’t surprise me that the man with a suit more expensive than my rent would assume that I was there to serve him. The positive? I put him in his place. The negative? I missed my job interview because of it. Now I find out he’s a rich Australian entrepreneur, and he wants to make up for tanking my interview. Yes, he’s impossibly hot - but he’s also an arrogant jackass - so...no thanks. But after a little white lie I tell spirals out of control, I’m somehow offered the chance to play Zane’s girlfriend to help promote his new dating website....

At fifteen I fell in love. His name was Jake Stephens and he took the abandoned, lonely girl I had been and made me whole. His love was a pure and unconditional love that made every day better than the last; a fairy tale of my very own. But this story isn't about Jake. It's about Abel Madden; the man I meet after the fairy tale goes to hell. A cocky, arrogant man who says what he wants, does as he pleases, and makes no excuses for it. He irritates me--downright pisses me off at times--but he also brings me back to life.

When you add to it that the book is a BORE, I had to hang it up after chapter 15. The story is rushed, repetitive, and oh so sadly typical of the genre lately. Sigh...another return.
