Puts it into perspective what females go through in the workforce. Great ways to improve and promote into a higher leadership position. Women still have a long way to go to be totally accepted and welcomed in the positions of power. Slowly but surely we will get there. We need to contribute to make the strides that are needed to continue the path that was set back in the 1920's.
