I really enjoyed listening to this podcast. It has really changed my life. I was able to get my wife to listen to the podcast and she's fell in love as well. I am a licensed chemical dependency counselor in Austin Texas and have been using some of these meditation techniques with my clients. They love it! I'm thinking about getting my certification.

The term HeartMath may sound like an oxymoron - who would ever put the words heart and math together? But herein lies the secret. Most people have an understanding of the qualities that have long been associated with the "heart", like intuition, wisdom, love, and compassion. The word "math", in this case, refers to the psychological equations, the nuts and bolts or stepping stones, if you will, that allow us to unfold these qualities with consistency in our daily lives - hence, HeartMath.

This book really seems to provid east to follow, intuitively provided, and easily digested self-introspective processes. Would recommend to best friend and supposed enemies.

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

I didn't like the plot line. It was very cheesey and not very interesting. I found that I didn't care if the characters were successful or not.

What was most disappointing about James Patterson and Maxine Paetro ’s story?

What didn’t you like about January LaVoy’s performance?

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Unlucky 13?

Any additional comments?

What would have made And the Dark Sacred Night better?

I couldn't really care about the characters. When was the point going to be made in the story.

Has And the Dark Sacred Night turned you off from other books in this genre?

No

Would you be willing to try another one of Mark Deakins’s performances?

The performance was okay.
