My life was perfect - until a shocking tragedy pulled the rug out from underneath me. My children were left without a father. I was without a husband and a provider. Instead of wallowing in my grief, I buried myself in my work at Dovetail Enterprises. Landing the promotion as the CEO’s right hand was exactly what I needed. Getting saddled with Milo Huxley as an assistant is exactly the opposite. I can’t stand him. He’s arrogant, irresponsible, and out for my job. As if that’s not bad enough, he has to be devastatingly sexy, and have a posh English accent that makes me squirm on top of it all.

Family. Responsibility. Stability. As the co-CEO of Bayou Enterprises and the eldest of the Boudreaux clan, Beau is the epitome of these. Now that his baby sister, Gabby, is happily settled down, Beau has moved into the company loft in the heart of the French Quarter to be closer to his office while his own home is built. He doesn't have time for anything but the family he adores and the company that drives him. If only the bewitching owner of the herb shop downstairs from Beau's loft weren't so damn tempting.

The book was great, and the audio is a wonderful complement to it!

I am usually not much of a fan of novellas. They tend to be too short for my liking, and leave out a lot of character development, which I need desperately in a book. Kristen Proby may be one of the few that I feel does it successfully. And she did with the novella Easy for Keeps. Sebastian York and Rachel Fulginiti did a great job of portraying Adam and Sarah in this audio version of the book.

This was a success for me, and I will definitely listen again!

I loved this book (although I will say that I was skeptical at first with Simon's Motivational Speaker career choice), but I loved it. So, I couldn't wait to listen to the book in audio form. Sebastian York and Rachel Fluginiti have done a wonderful job in the first few books in this series. And while they did well with this one, Simon and his English accent just weren't up to par for me. With the exception of that, they did a great job of bringing the characters to life! I will definitely listen to this one again (and probably anyhing else that these two narrators read...)!
