sounds like real life from military people's and the ways of the service life. the hurt, the joys, the way families should stick together tjick and thin, good and bad, for life is a learning and loving experience and God's word and ways always will see us through God Bless our service people's their families, or country and our people's , and our families America, Praise And Glory be to God. I think it's a very good book overall. I think it has very good health information nutrition I think it has good intentions and morals I think the exercises are good ideas and promote good muscle tone and good muscle forms and posture there are a few things with lifestyle that doesn't fit me ideas I do however like the book overall the book was well read and keeps your attention not boring at all

I like the story. The oldest girl keeping the family together was great. The retired paul is a sad life lonely life, hopefully his new girl friend Rachel will work out and bring happiness for him, and the ending leaves room for another book.
