I loved this book. I feel like I know Kevin Hart on a personal level now. The story of his upbringing makes me appreciate his career so much more. This book was a perfect mix of his personal unfiltered stories, humor and actual good advice. I enjoyed the fact that he told the bad parts of his life as well. He could have chosen to leave out mistakes that don’t paint him in a great light. Instead, he was honest and showed that he is a human being who has regrets. It is inspiring to see that he didn’t have success over night. This is an adult book with adult content, so don’t listen to this in front of your kids! I normally can’t stand vulgarity, but this wasn’t over the top.
