Matthew "Wolf" Steel hated flying commercial. Luckily his job as a Navy SEAL meant he didn't have to do it very often. He'd been unlucky enough to be assigned a middle seat on the cramped jet, but fortunately for him, the woman next to him was willing to switch seats with him. Hoping for a relaxing flight, Wolf was pleasantly surprised at the good conversation and sense of humor the woman had as they flew 36,000 feet over the countryside.

thought the narrator made the heroine sound too whinny at times. otherwise was good and character portrayal distinct.

It wouldn't be Christmas in Keeneston without a party! Everyone's invited, even Santa.… Kenna's court docket is full, Dani's hiding from her in-laws, Paige and Annie are about to burst from pregnancy, and Marshall is breaking up fights at the PTA Christmas concert. The sweet potato casserole is made, the ham and biscuits are on the table, and men are losing their shirts - and not because of bets placed with the Rose Sisters! All the while, the entire town is wondering one thing: Who is the Secret Santa that showed up with special gifts for everyone?

Valentina isn't averse to sensual pleasure, or even to the idea of finding true love, but as a Hollywood business manager she's watched too many smart women fall for actors...only to be torn apart when the fairytale comes to its inevitable end. But when intense weeks together on set turn their heated attraction into red-hot flames of passion, Smith knows he has to find a way to convince Valentina to let him get a little bit closer. Close enough to completely steal her heart...the way she's stolen his from the start.

my favorite Sullivan book. A different way of looking at and dealing with fame. Both female and male leads have very strong characters and there is not the repetition that the author has used in other books in the series. There is also a plot and not just the love story. Bringing in other members of the Sullivan family also adds to the interest.

In Let Me Be The One, the brand-new book in Bella Andre's New York Times and USA Today best-selling series about the Sullivan family, an unexpected friends-to-lovers romance might not only turn out to be so much hotter than anything bad-boy pro-baseball-player Ryan Sullivan has ever known...but much, much sweeter, too. When Vicki Bennett saved Ryan Sullivan's life as a teenager, it was the beginning of a close friendship that never wavered despite her failed marriage to someone else and Ryan's well-earned reputation as a ladies man.

just wish they would have talked to each other sooner. Seems a bit far fetched for best friends.
