The story was decent, language was forced and acting was overdone. It almost sounds like it's trying to be on stage rather than a story in my car. I'm going to buy the kindle version for the next book.

This book was well done! twists and turns and all the answers to how everyone ended up where they were. I really enjoyed all of this, and the Nova and Cora story was a nice addition to tie up loose ends.

This series is amazing. I really am not sure why it took me so long to start - these are really exactly what I love - long novels in a series where you get to know and love all the characters. This is the third in a series, and it added a little more adventure than the previous ones, instead of the historical fiction/war solely. I really enjoyed it, and I love the narrator. She has an amazing set of character voices, and doesn't feel at all forced or hokey like some can.

This was very good and fast paced. It left me wanting more, so I call that a win.

The measure of a good writer to me is when they don't have to obviously explain everything they mean, or use overly illustrative metaphors every once in a while because they think it sounds cool. Childish, but had potential with the story lines.

This was clever, new, and not clouded with love stories, though it did have kind of one. It was very nicely cleaned up, almost unbelievably (yes i know it's fantasy), but it didn't match the brutality of the rest of the story. Still a great read, i really enjoyed it.

This was by far not her best series, but this was the best book in the series. I'm actually not even sure how it ended the way it did, she skipped giant spots, i would have almost thought i read the abridged version. The narrators were awesome.

The story was great, otherwise i might have quit. the narrator was so bad it was almost funny sometimes. She sounds like a pirate when doing a rough man's voice, and doesn't hold a candle to some of the better ones.

The story was great though. Great ending, and worth the read!
