Would you try another book from John Mace and/or Andrew Mulcare?

No thanks.

Would you ever listen to anything by John Mace again?

Probably not.

What about Andrew Mulcare’s performance did you like?

Spoke well.

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

The subject matter is interesting to me, but this particularly audiobook did not capture my interest. 3 hours in I have yet to find any method to use to turn upsets into positive energy. Pretty boring.

Janice Dickinson was not only the first of the supermodels, it was she who (literally) invented the term. A raven-haired natural beauty, she endured a nightmarishly traumatic childhood at the hands of a sadistic, sexually and emotionally abusive father, and emerged in the early 1970s as the first lush-lipped, "exotic" brunette to break into a modeling world dominated by sunny California blondes.

High school sweethearts Holly and Gerry were the kind of married couple that could finish each other's sentences, and even when they fought (like over who would be the one to get out of bed to turn off the light each night) they laughed. Holly didn't know where she'd be without Gerry. No one did. And that's how "The List" started...as a joke. If anything were to happen to Gerry, he'd have to leave Holly a list of things she must do in order to make it through the day in one piece.

In this meditation, our goal is to help you tap into your intuition, your subconscious, your higher self. In other words, the part of you that knows what your unique individual needs, desires and purpose truly are. The inspiration behind the imagery used for this exercise is snow - the silence of it, but also its visual stimulation, helps clear the mind of clutter and allows the inner voice to be heard.

This audio selection left me feeling much better than when I went into the meditation feeling dispair. I was pleasantly surprised at how well my inner self worked with this meditation and reminded me of where I am at right now in my journey, and that I am okay. The author has a little bit of an accent, but it is not a distraction. Her voice is pleasing and calming. I highly recommend this meditation.

I still need to work with LIVING FROM YOUR CENTER some more to give it a good chance. The author speaks with confidence and power, and is pleasing to listen to. The meditations are pretty long. She asks you to tune in to what your body is saying you need to heal. You have to go through all of the meditations to get to the one you want to concentrate on. I say its worth a listen.

Yoga Nidra is considered to be the state in which the Gods reside. This is because the goal of Yoga Nidra is to attain complete relaxation while maintaining consciousness. The ability to do this allows for our deepest levels of creativity and healing energies to come to the surface. One session of Yoga Nidra is equal to approximately 3 hours of sleep in its ability to rejuvenate.

The first time I tried this was interesting. I even thought I might have experienced getting in touch with my inner self. However, I cannot say that practicing YOGA NIDRA is like feeling refreshed after a night of sleep. I felt a little relaxed afterwards, but nothing special or notable. YOGA NIDRA is very different than most meditations. It is very simple and is mainly about bringing awareness to your whole body. I will keep working with YOGA NIDRA and see what happens.

Every night you receive messages from the deepest recesses of your subconscious mind: you dream. But often these messages are cloaked in mysterious symbols and imagery. Only by learning to understand and interpret them can you take full advantage of the knowledge and power hidden within your dreams. This classic work of dream interpretation takes you through the classic Jungian approach to dreaming philosophy and psychology.

My advice is to save your money on this one. What I got out of it was more of how Freud and Jung differ on their dream theories than on actual dream interpretation. The help this title promises in helping you remember your dreams is literally...put a notebook and pen by your bed and record your dreams.

I was excited to listen to the audiobook and watch the movie after seeing movie trailers for THE GOLDEN COMPASS all month. Regarding the audiobook, for production rating, I give it a 5+ stars. The production, use of several really good actors, sound effects, etc. is excellent. I wish more audiobooks were this good. The reason I give this audiobook two stars, is for the story line. The storyline is uninspiring. It sounds like so many others in this genre. Nothing new. The movie, while beautiful and decent acting, also left me disappointed.
