This series had me so involved, I couldn't put it down. I really enjoyed the twists and turns. I knew what was happening at the end but the author three in a few monkey wrenches in the middle but it was ok I enjoyed it to the fullest. I hope there will be another part to this story of when they get married.

I not only listened to this series but was reading along with the sound. I was so enthralled throughout this series. Listening to it on audio has given me a more realistic approach to this series. I was kept in suspense of whether or not Kade would surrender to the dark crystal. I was in pain when Violet was in captivity. This book makes you feel things and I like it so I'm sure you will to. The plot leaves you in suspense, the characters are brought to life in so many ways.

Willa Knight: Dead? Alive? Damned to a state of eternal bad luck? Willa and the Abcurse brothers are back, and more determined than ever to stick by each other. Unfortunately, Staviti has other plans, plans that threaten to change the natural order of the worlds—though nobody really understands why. His agenda may very well affect all beings on Minatsol, even those that thought themselves safe in Topia. Even Willa-invincible-Knight. Unsure with her new place in the worlds, Willa must follow the Abcurses to their new post: Champions Peak, a secluded mountain far from civilization, where the most powerful sols have been summoned to hone their abilities through direct contact with the gods. There is a chance that she might survive her time on the mountain, but it seems like staying alive amidst the powerful occupants of the Peak is the least of her concerns. Her real problem is staying on the mountain at all.

I couldn't put it down. The way all the characters came together for each other was amazing. Listening to this while driving was difficult because I was wishing to be right there in the thick of things. This story has it all, excitement, treachery, laughter, as well as pain but I'm the end it doesn't let you down.

For the last eight months, Mandy has lived across the hall from a caveman. He won't trim his beard, he mostly talks in grunts, and he'll hardly emerge from his cave of an apartment. Ben might be a grumpy mess, but she kind of likes him anyway. She's not attracted to him, of course. Not at all. Those stray feelings are merely a fluke. She's looking for a man who has it all together, and Ben isn't even close.
