Right Girl, Wrong Alpha is the second book in the Brothers of the Heart series. Natasha has grown up knowing that she’s going to be the mate to an alpha. What she wasn’t expecting is being the mate to a Chief of a bear shifting clan! When she meets Logan, she knows that they’re meant to be together, but with trouble brewing in her pack, can Logan keep her safe and steal her heart?

Even though this was a second book to the series, I never once felt lost or confused. I really enjoyed the dynamic between Logan and Natasha and all that they needed to overcome to be happy together. This was a shorter story but built a lot for the series, I think. Logan and Natasha were loyal and I loved that they wanted to protect each other, their families, and their pack/clan. Ms. Anderson did a great job with narrating the story and bringing the characters and emotions to life! I enjoyed my time spent listening to this Shifter romance!

Alpha’s Obsession is the fifth book in the Bad Boy Alphas Series. Sam feels broken, his only goal is to find and kill the man and operation who tortured him. This is how he meets Layne. She’s a doctor with pure intentions, he kidnaps her, and somehow they find a bond that starts to connect them. But with revenge in his heart, her health declining, and a corporation after them all, will they be able to find and accept love?

Wow, this book was fantastic! I loved both Sam and Layne and I loved their interactions together. Sam had such a hard life and my heart just ached with his need for revenge. Layne was driven, pragmatic, and cared so deeply. I love how she brought sunshine to Sam’s darkness and I loved how well they fought together. The ending - holy smokes, the ending was action packed, life altering, and I can’t wait to see some of the ramifications for the future books in the series! Mr. Sands did an amazing job narrating this book, bringing the characters to life, helping me feel even more for both Layne and Sam! All together, Ms. Lee, Ms. Rose, and Mr. Sands really just took me away into this edgy world of possessive shifters, danger, and most of all, finding love.

Though Glory Walters writes erotic novels about firm-handed men who know how to deal with feisty women, she’s ashamed to admit she’s never experienced anything of the sort herself. But then she meets Gabriel - Sergeant Gabriel to the men he leads on the local SWAT team, but Master Gabriel to her - and suddenly the scenes in her books don’t seem so far-fetched anymore.

His Girl, His Rules is a romance all about finding your inner needs and going after what you love. Glory is an author with BDSM and erotica themes, but she’s still a virgin. Deciding to be brave, she attends a BDSM club where’s she’s matched to Gabriel, a widower who’s suddenly very attached to Glory. A new relationship, adding in domestic discipline, and a reckless submissive, can Glory and Gabriel navigate their challenges and come out as a stronger couple?

While there wasn’t anything overly shocking about this book, I was still completely engaged in the plot, in the characters, and in their relationship! I wanted to know how Glory would respond to things, and how Gabriel would punish her. They definitely jumped right into their relationship and scenes, and there was a little bit of an insta-lust and insta-love feeling to the book, I really enjoyed Glory and Gabriel. Glory was a little sassy, but just so used to being on her own and everything was so new to her. Gabriel was strict, but never harmed, and he had so much love to give to Glory! Mr. Calihan did a fabulous job bringing the characters to life and I loved that he even acted out some of the motions, like yawning and gasping. This was a great book to listen to and to just lose yourself in their budding love!

Claiming Their Mate is a stand alone Shifter ménage romance. As Madison walks into Jared’s office, she’s expecting a job interview and is completely shocked by their passionate behavior! Soon her whole world is rewritten when she finds out about werewolves, mates, and introducing Ethan into their relationship. But not everyone is excited about Madison and soon her life is in danger. Can Jared and Ethan save their mate?

This was a fast paced book full of instant connections, fighting for your love, and figuring out what’s most important in your life. I loved listening to Madison’s life as it continued to change and how she would adapt to those changes. Jared and Ethan were so dominant and possessive and I loved that they were willing to do so much to protect Madison. Together, they were passionate and explosive, including some of Madison’s punishment scenes. Mr. Masters did a great job with narrating the book, bringing each character to life and bringing the emotions of the book straight to my heart. I really enjoyed this book!

Rewriting the Rules is all about finding hope again and learning to trust and love again. Aurora is a well known romance author, but is a recluse and her writing is spiraling. Donovan, her new publisher, is determined to get her back, and is willing to go to any length to help, including unlocking the submissive side to Aurora again. But will Aurora trust Donovan enough to open up again, or will his plans backfire on them both?

This book completely fascinated me, and I absolutely loved how Donovan just rocks Aurora’s world! Aurora was sweet and sassy and playful, but also really hurt from her past relationship and had some trust issues she had to work through. Donovan was the Dom that Aurora needed, the strength she could lean on, and had the love that she was missing. They really fit each other well, and while at times I was surprised at how stern Donovan was as a Dom for Aurora, it was exactly what she needed. Mr. Calihan had a great voice, did a fantastic job narrating the book and bringing the characters to life for me. I really enjoyed listening to this book!

Marshal’s Law is the first book in the Jackson Brothers series. Janelle is driving home from work when her car veers off of the road. Janelle and Aaron embark on a wild adventure of getting to know each other, trust, life, marriage, and even love, but will it all come crashing down? Can Janelle get back home again? What happens when enemies of Aaron try to go after Janelle?

This book gripped my attention and heart from the very beginning! I was so thankful I was on a long car ride and could listen to almost the entire book in one sitting because once I started, I did not want to finish! Janelle and Aaron were amazing characters! I loved them separately, I loved them together, and I loved their whole adventure! I can’t even imagine what Janelle had to go through, the changes she needed to come to terms with, and just how strong and resourceful she stayed. Aaron was stern but caring, wanted the best for Janelle, but needed to keep her safe. The plot line of this story was emotional at times, had me giggle at others, and just kept me hooked with everything that happens to the both of them. And Mr. Welles was phenomenal at making the characters come to life for me, especially Aaron! That draw in his voice, the slightly rough edge, it all just completely embodied Aaron! I was thrilled that listening to this book was my first experience with this book and absolutely enjoyed every minute of it! I highly recommend giving this book a chance!
