Lord of Secrets is the fifth book in the Rogues to Richard series, but it can stand alone. Heath is a problem-solver for the London’s elite, and now he must unmask the creator of the offensive caricatures. Eleanora is just a paid companion for her cousin while her legs mend, but when her caricatures show up all over London, she realizes she must keep it a secret. Their paths should never cross, but they do, and they slowly fall in love. But what happens when the Lord of Secrets will uncover the biggest secret of the season?

This book was simply fabulous! I loved how much of a feel good book it was, but I became so invested in the characters and just absolutely fell in love with Heath and Eleanora’s journey to romance. The plot line was very engaging, as I loved that the reader knew all of the secrets they were keeping from each other, but the drama that unfolds between them and the other characters helped keep me sucked in! Ms. Hussey was absolutely amazing at bringing these characters and this world to life, with her voices, tone, and accent all adding to the magic of the book. I have really enjoyed this series, and this may have been my favorite book yet! If you are a lover of regency romances, this is absolutely the book for you!

When Janelle Prescott is thrown from her car as it careens off a slippery road, she expects to wake up in a hospital. Instead, to her utter disbelief, she wakes up in a jail cell that looks like something from an old Western movie set. It is there, hurt and alone, with no idea what happened or how she will get back home, that Janelle first meets Aaron Jackson. As she regains her wits, however, Janelle realizes something is terribly amiss, and her worst fears are confirmed when she learns Aaron is the marshal of Cheyenne County, Wyoming...and the year is 1878.

Marshal’s Law is the first book in the Jackson Brothers series. Janelle is driving home from work when her car veers off of the road. Quickly after opening her eyes again, she realizes that her whole life has changed! Not only did she wake up in a jail cell, but the marshal thinks she’s crazy, and it’s the late 1800’s. Janelle and Aaron embark on a wild adventure of getting to know each other, trust, life, marriage, and even love, but will it all come crashing down? Can Janelle get back home again? What happens when enemies of Aaron try to go after Janelle?

This book gripped my attention and heart from the very beginning! I was so thankful I was on a long car ride and could listen to almost the entire book in one sitting because once I started, I did not want to finish! Janelle and Aaron were amazing characters! I loved them separately, I loved them together, and I loved their whole adventure! I can’t even imagine what Janelle had to go through, the changes she needed to come to terms with, and just how strong and resourceful she stayed. Aaron was stern but caring, wanted the best for Janelle, but needed to keep her safe. The plot line of this story was emotional at times, had me giggle at others, and just kept me hooked with everything that happens to the both of them. And Mr. Welles was phenomenal at making the characters come to life for me, especially Aaron! That draw in his voice, the slightly rough edge, it all just completely embodied Aaron! I was thrilled that listening to this book was my first experience with this book and absolutely enjoyed every minute of it! I highly recommend giving this book a chance!

Cowboy Daddies has two connected stories that revolve around sister who meet the Cowboys that they need. The men understand that they need to act like Daddies in order to tame the young ladies who are stealing their hearts. But can their discipline and their cuddles lead to trust and love?

I had the opportunity to read this collection when it first came out, and as much as I loved it then, I loved the audiobook even more! Abby learns the hard way that pride can only get her in trouble with Clay, while Daisy needs to learn that her wild ways are only a defense mechanism and luckily Shane was able to reign her in! Mr. Solin did a fantastic job bringing the characters to life and added so much richness and depth to the characters (especially Clay and Shane) that I was really swept away. I loved listening to this book and falling in love with these characters again!

“She knew she could handle one alpha, but could she handle TWO?” In an apocalyptic future, Ellie Miller realized that the only way to keep her people safe was to do a deal with the nearby wolf pack. In exchange for protection, she would offer them the only thing she could offer... Herself. Double the Alpha is set in a post-apocalyptic world where Ellie and her fellow humans are struggling. Soon, she’s making an agreement with a Shifter group, offering herself as a mate to the alpha in exchange for supplies and resources that they desperately need. But on arrival, she’s surprised with not one mate, but two. Can Ellie navigate this new world and this new relationship with two alpha males, or will jealousy break everything apart?

This book was really interesting and I had a fun time listening to it. Ellie was definitely an interesting character, and while she was put into a crazy situation, she made the best of it. I loved some of the dramatic twists towards the end of the book, too! While I would have loved to hear from the alphas’ points of view, I definitely enjoyed learning about Ellie and how her relationship developed. I think Ms. Kelly did a fantastic job with bringing the characters to life, and I loved all of her different voices for everyone!

His Return is the third book in the HIS Series by Ms. Kell. Emily has been in love with Jake for as long as she could remember. On the evening of her eighteenth birthday, she goes to him, but it all goes south quickly. Now, four years later, he’s back, ready to claim Emily, and bring her back to their family. But it’s not so easy. She’s hurt, has a child, and danger is stalking her. Can Jake keep Emily safe and win back her love, or will his past and her danger rip everything they love apart?

Holy smokes! Y’all, this book broke my heart and then mended it back together, at least twice! Jake and Emily’s story is tragic at times, with whirlwind romance, extreme passion, and deadly danger, with a side of humor, and an amazing little girl that rounds everything out. Mr. Beck did an awesome job bringing the characters to life, giving everyone a personality through his voice, and did amazing justice to Ms. Kell’s work! This series has been intense, but full of love, and this book holds a place in my heart. I highly recommend this series and this book to any romantic suspense lover!

Ms. Wilder did a fantastic job of bringing the characters to life and I could really picture them with the voices that she used and the descriptions from Ms. Hayes.
