The Boleyn Inheritance audiobook cover art

I haven't heard any of those narrating the book before, but it is Philippa Gregory, so it's bound to be excellent. I was not disappointed. The reading gave life to an already lively book. I purposely drove the long way to get to things so I could finish a chapter or a particular character's part. Definitely recommend, especially for those into historical fiction, and most particularly, Ms. Gregory.

I was especially eager to listen to this book, as Alex Kingston and Richard Armitage are two of the readers. They did not disappoint. The manner in which each expressed their joys and their tears, along with an amazing turn as a man who is completely undone, were beyond any expectation I had.

I love Ms Alexander's stories immensely. Unfortunately, the production time the audio book experience. Someone needs to QA the stories before they are uploaded to Audible.

I love Tasha Alexander's books and Bianca Amato is an exceptional talent. Too bad it's marred by poor editing, with extraneous sounds breaking through the audio and uneven volume.

Loved this story and the careful, rich descriptions of the Romanov court just 17 years before it came to an end.

I was so looking forward to this book on audio, and the story and narration were spot on. Unfortunately, the editing was so choppy in parts, it distracted from the overall enjoyment of the book.

I loved this story and the narrator, who is not Bianca Amato, did well. The editing, however, left something to be desired. There were long gaps where the narrator had paused and areas where you can possibly hear where there was a splice. Haven't had this problem with earlier books, so hopefully it's anomaly.

I'm in love with Tasha Alexander's Lady Emily. Not as thrilled with the reading of this particular voice artist - too clipped and stilted. But overall, fabulous!
