I've seen the movie 100 times; but, the book leaves impressions and manipulations for your imagination. Nothing comparable to your own mind to play out the events that take place in spoken word within this audio.

I was there alongside them with each twist and turn the characters made. From minor to major, you sympathize and empathize, with them. You're unsure why you do... until the end.

I love Ellen and she loves the world. I don't fault her for that; however, I wasn't looking for a, "feel gpod about me book". I was looking for the double over in laughter, can't breathe book. I'm still going t lo watch her show. I'm still going to back up her causes and, I would definitely still recommend this book. You just have to be in a different frame of mind. I'll re-listen, some othee day. Love the kindness. Love the love. What a beautiful person soul.

It was a fantastic book for someone who is interested more in the people and their everyday actions that led to their demise. They do not concentrate on the gory details of the murder itself; but, the why and the surprise of some people's dark secrets.

it is exactly what it says it is. An overview of murders from before the 5 Burroughs became NYC and after. The police stretched thin. The FBI not sharing information so they could bulk up their performance reviews. Most of the crimes, I'd never heard of. The book gives you options to take note of the ones that made an impression upon you; so, you can dig further into it on your own. I liked this book immensely for being true to it's title.

There was absolutely no killing women in this book. it hinted at everything; but, no real action what so ever.
