I love how interwoven all the characters are. They feel really real.
Been a while, so I don't remember her name, but the gal that owns the pizza shop...because she is casual, and quirky, and strong.
The narrators voice is extremely sexy. Does men and women with no trouble. Will be looking for more work by him. Wish he did more Nora Roberts.
This was the book to tie everything together. I love the way Nora Roberts connects her books through the characters and I love learning new things about each character with every new point of view. This was a lovely end to the series, sufficiently enticing me to move to a tiny town and open an inn. Aaannd perhaps find my own Montgomery brother.....Excuse me while I go pack my bags.
Read the book instead of listening.
I am a huge Nora Roberts fan but found this trilogy to be mostly an advertisement for the inn she and her husband have restored. The descriptions of the rooms in the inn are lavish; the story is a bit weak.
Nevertheless, having met the characters in the first two books, I was looking forward to the third. I was sorry that I had chosen to purchase the audio book instead of the book itself, as I often found myself wincing at the reader's inflections. I got the sense that he didn't really LIKE the secondary characters, as they come across as being one-dimensional and often silly.
Yes and I did
Ryder and Dumbass
An excellent series, wish Nora had more like this one. Down to earth with interesting characters. Love Ryder and Hope and the ghost!
Tell us about yourself!
How Hope finally breaks Ryder's shield of toughness. I love the way MacLeod Andrews delivers Ryder. He does all three brothers so well and mimics their personality to a T.
Becket is always my favourite because he's just fantastic but Ryder is rough and sexy and I like him too because under it all, he has a soft heart.
Where Ryder gets a bit embarrassed but I don't want to spoil it.
Yes it was, they all were.
I love the trilogy because they're lovely romantic stories and because MacLeod Andrews did an awesome job of delivering.
He brings good voice inflections to the characters.
The first two books of this series were kind of slow and boring, but this one held my attention and made me giggle. Ryder is the most interesting of the characters.
five out of five!
Yes, when Rider dreamt about Billy, how he loved Lizzy, made me really believe love has lost its true meaning in today's life, and made me value and cherish it more!
Nora Roberts did an absolutely wonderful job with this series. I loved all the books in the trilogy but loved this one more. Five stars to you Nora, and I'll definitely be getting more of your audiobooks. :)
This series by Nora Roberts is one of her best. The 3rd book was as interesting at the firs 2. Highly recommend her writings.
The narrator, MacLeod Andrews is the BEST ever narrator. His voice and his ability to change for each character was fantastic. you felt emotion, etc. The Triology was good to begin with but his voice made it the best. Read the BOOKS IN ORDER
I loved how Ryder and Hope tolerated each other and how in the end Ryder defended her and the discovery at the end of the book
how Lizzie kept throwing them together and how they all finally got to see her
to hard to chose just one loved the whole book
both and I wanted to smack Ryder a few times
