This is one of those book that you will look back at and say "Wow, that book transformed my life for the best" The principles Tony Robbin outlines and dives into in this book are crucial to living a FULLY EMPOWERED LIFE! If you are ready to take full control of your life and tap in to your unleashed potential then this is a must read. He outlines everything in a simple step by step easy to follow way! Thank you Tony!!!
listening or reading this book is one thing, but if you don't do the work or exercises, you're not benefiting from is teachings and will not get that change your want in life and business.
I find it hard to believe that anyone who has no serenity can achieve much in any other way then selling motivational materials to people who are lacking the energy to get on with their lives and need to be shouted at to wake up and move, then again, if you are devitalized, it is even more likely that this screaming nervous speech is going to do no more then irritate you and exhaust you.
Have not... but I am under the impression that it would be more of the same.
If he used a calmer voice. Vivid but not screaming. He seems to be on the edge about to jump on you or tell you off like an angry teacher if you don't just do as he says. That is more scary then motivational.
And what is all that repeating about?!
There are some good frases and advise and Anthony Robins is inspirational to some point but it gives me the impression that it must be really exhausting to be around him for longer then the length of one of his speeches. There is also this really disturbing idea that there is something far from the truth going on there... I feel that he is "selling" a character that is not really as he says. I know what it is to be faster and different from other people... it does not matter if you are way better or way worse... being different, especially faster then most, makes you a lonely person... he sells this idea of perfection that does does not match the picture. Does not seem right.
Can you imagine what would be to have this guy as a husband? Or a father?! It is like having a boisterous, hyper-active 2 meters tall kid jumping and screaming on your head all day! From very early in the morning!! It is like a person on fast-forward but not really going any further then an active person with a tranquil disposition and organized enough to move fast with competence not anxiety! Provoking collaboration rather then exasperation from collaborators.
CALM DOWN. TONE DOWN. SHOW THE REAL PICTURE (perhaps that would not sell?) It is hard to be even half of that without being an outcast... show the dark side as well so that the light at the end of the tunnel can seem more attractive to people who are not lethargic. One can be enthusiastic and stimulating without screaming.
This audio is but a bite of an appetizer in the 7 course meal that is Tony Robbins work. This audio is a highly abbridged version of the physical copy of the book. But there are some very important points of insight and excersises in this audio that will give you what you might be looking for. I would say that if this audio intrigued you, you should double down and by the physical book.
I really like Tony Robbins, but this audiobook is far too abridged to bother with. They took a pretty large book and basically condensed it down to a long speech by Tony. It's not bad, but not worth the cost. I suppose it's a lot less expensive than going to see him speak, but I'd put the money towards the book.
