Are you single and looking for love?
Are you finding it hard to meet the right person?
When you’re having trouble finding a love connection, it’s all too easy to become discouraged or buy into the destructive myths out there about dating and relationships.

What clinical advice was given in regards to what we should be looking for when it comes to dating

Our 4th Installment from Counseling to Comfort PLLC
our in-house Professional Family Therapist Quinelle Hickman

Life as a single person offers many rewards, such as being free to pursue your own hobbies and interests, learning how to enjoy your own company, and appreciating the quiet moments of solitude.

However, if you’re ready to share your life with someone and want to build a lasting, worthwhile relationship, life as a single person can also seem frustrating. For many of us, our emotional baggage can make finding the right romantic partner a difficult journey. Perhaps you grew up in a household where there was no role model of a solid, healthy relationship and you doubt that such a thing even exists

Whatever the case may be, you can overcome your obstacles. Even if you’ve been burned repeatedly or have a poor track record when it comes to dating, these tips can help put you on the path to finding a healthy, loving relationship that lasts.

DEBUNKING the Stereotypes of the Cannabis LyfeStyle
What do pot headz look like? / Can they be Productive?
Do we just sit around and smoke all day?
Cannabis users are often depicted as lazy “stoners” whose life ambitions span little further than lying on the sofa eating crisps. Research from the University of Cambridge challenges this stereotype, showing that regular users appear no more likely to lack motivation compared with non-users.

This week I along with Tarik Buds from Puzzle Marketing walks us through where this myth origin and what you should and shouldn’t do while you are enjoying cannabis.

Finally answering the question as to whether cannabis stereotypes are real.

  • What does SUCCESS look like?
    Dec 15 2023
Success is when you reach your aim or purpose.
Those who are successful have achieved or are currently working to achieve their greatest desires in their life and careers.
Individuals often have different understandings of what success means to them.

While passion sets us on a course, it is the combination of seven elements that I believe successful people summon during their growth-discovery journey.

Passion. Vision. Goals. Belief. Preparation. Action. Persistence.

Take a listen and Share your thoughts on WHAT YOU CONSIDER SUCCESS.

When did this stigma gain ground?
Kiki and I discuss our feelings about how we have been affected

    I miss Melissa,
however, the VIBE between Black Women is like talking to yourself

I realized doing this show with Melissa there are not many differences between women of different races

But I do believe that culturally each race has its own language
