She also leads a campaign to gain a million women cyclist by 2020. By continuing with cycling, she wants to prove to herself and others that she can remain active.

However, struggling to speak doesn’t mean that they won’t be able to sing. In the city of Southampton, every Tuesday afternoon, a group of people who are suffering from Parkinson’s disease gather together, just to sing! It not only gives them an opportunity to relax, but also to enjoy their social life.
