It's episode 4 guys and I have this good good chat with one of my oldest friends Alyssa (also the host of her own podcast called Naked Tongues); it's so good that I had to put it into two parts! She's my best definition of, "No matter how long it's been, good friends will always feel like it was just yesterday." We talk about mental health and so much that encompasses it.
