Lately I’ve been having anxiety issues and an occasional racing heartbeat- ever since I stopped taking adhd medication, and the inner peace meditation is just what I needed to combat the feeling of overwhelm. Anytime I start feeling anxiety creeping in- I go lay down in bed and listen to this. Excited to hear the others. Works like a charm.
