  • there's something in the air that has people terrified of love and to let love in.

    there's a word for that and it's called: PHILOPHOBIA. 

    when you've developed a fear of love, it could be due to your family history and/or your history with past relationships that left you to feel heartbroken or disappointed and you've deemed them as failures and you've been carrying this experience around with you since and bc of that it's kept you in fear of love but in order to truly love and let love in:

    it's important to acknowlege this wound/barrier you have surrounding love and extend forgiveness so that you can give yourself permission to love like you've never experienced before. 

    release the past, release control and release fear bc you are worthy of having the love that you deserve. 

    let love in.
