  • TRUMP IS GOING TO BRIBE US TO HAVE KIDS?? | Janni Ayala & Rachel Anastacia discuss the proposed "baby bonus" of $5k to increase the U.S. birthrate & how this WON'T solve our country's issues
    May 6 2025

In this Episode Janni & Rach dive into the proposed "baby bonus" that President Trump is looking to get passed by Congress, which would cost the government $17.6 BILLION to fund.

Since there has been a decline in U.S. births the government is essentially "bribing" women by offering $5000 in exchange for their reproduction. A decline that has occurred AFTER banning abortion in many states and the constant increase on the price of living.

We discuss the risks of getting pregnant, giving birth, and how this proposal for financial compensation is made to make women seem like machines to help fund the economic crisis in the United States, without taking into consideration the many impacts it can have on a woman and these children.

The U.S. government prioritizes our unborn babies but when it comes to the babies that have been born AND their mothers, they are no longer that priority. With no paid leave for parents, expensive healthcare, and millions of children homeless each year and thousands & thousands of children in the foster care system. Make it make sense?

We also mention that the governments want to increase IVF accessibly and affordability and how this is actually a good thing for women who are trying or have been struggling with getting pregnant. As many of us have seen online women sharing their IVF journeys and the constant battle these couples have to go through to reproduce. The government SHOULD help with this!

We want to make it very clear that we are NOT political at all but whenever it comes to women and mothers we have to talk about it. These are things we will discuss with a platform because that is our right.

HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT THIS?

We hope you enjoy this episode. Hopefully this encourages you to stay informed and speak up for your rights and what you believe in. As women & mothers we must stick together.

    Thank You for your support.

    xoxo, Janni & Rach

  • WAS CHAPPELL ROAN RIGHT ABOUT MOTHERHOOD? | Janni Ayala & Rachel Anastacia talk happiness in motherhood, living in “hell”, judgement, PMDD, & more
    Apr 4 2025

In this episode Janni and Rach discuss one the most recent episodes of “Call Her Daddy” hosted by Alex Cooper, who spoke with Chappell Roan. In their discussion they got on the topic of motherhood where she, Chapell Roan, said all parents were in hell, no parent our age is happy and have no lights in their eyes.

Janni and Rach both gave their opinion on the matter while also discussing different point of views on this topic because everyone has a right to their own opinion. Understanding that this “hell” experienced in motherhood can be frustrating and overwhelming while also being fulfilling and full of life.

Of course we are always mentioning personal experiences like Janni not wanting children before getting pregnant (but loves it now), Rachel reliving her childhood through her daughter, forming beautiful relationships with our children and so much more.

We even get on the topic of PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder), an intense form of PMS that not many women realize they experience. This causing women to have around 1 “good” week out of each month and having a major impact on a woman’s mental health… wishing us women were more informed on this.

This episode is full of understand, no judgement, cute interactions with Romeo (Janni’s son), sips of Olipop, and tons of gratitude.

Reminder: People will always have opinions in the decisions YOU make in YOUR life and it's our decision to let that impact us as or choose to be grateful no matter what anyone else thinks.

    Thanks for Listening!

    Xoxo,

    Janni & Rach

  • She's A Hard Working Mama | Janni Ayala & Rachel Anastacia discuss balancing motherhood and careers while staying true to your passions, and the crazy juggling act of it all.
    Mar 21 2025

Hi mamasss! We are back with Episode 25...hello??? 25?! Is this real life? How grateful are we that we have come so far. And to see the beautiful community of woman and mothers that has grown over the years...it's truly such an amazing thing.

In this episode, Janni & Rach touch base on balancing mom life and work life, all while finding your true passions, and honestly, just figuring it all out. It can be hard for a lot of people to do these things, let alone you're freshly postpartum as a first time mom, or you have six kids. It will always be a juggling act, because your life doesn't stop when you become a mom. You are still allowed to do the things you love to do, and show up for yourself AND your kids. Whether it's in your career, or you're chasing a dream. You are so capable of doing what you need (or want) to do for YOU! Motherhood can be consuming at times, but remember...you are still your own person.

So, chase that dream. Start that business. Take those classes. Get the job. Be the boss mama you are, and let your children be a reason why you do it all as well. Teach them that you can be anything you want to be in this life.

    GO FOR IT MAMA!💗

  • It's ALL about the Child; The Reality of Co-parenting ft. Quentin Williams | Janni Ayala & Rachel Anastacia talk to Janni's "baby dad" about co-parenting in a healthy environment & becoming a dad at 20 years old
    Mar 7 2025

In this episode, Janni Ayala and Rachel Anastacia talk to Janni's "baby dad"/ Romeo's dad, Quentin Williams, about his experience with co-parenting for the past 4 years and becoming a dad at 20 years old.

We dive deep into the reality of raising a child in a HEALTHY co-parenting arrangement. Even though there are many benefits to having a healthy relationship between the mother and father of a child, there are the struggles of dealing the "consequences" that impact the life of that child. Especially the child's understanding of this arrangement and becoming comfortable in their reality while knowing 2 parent households exist.

Quentin also talks about co-parenting while being in a relationship and the balance of being tied to the mother of his child and his girlfriend.

At the end of the day, the CHILD IS MAIN FOCUS. Any relationship of the past or current one does have an impact on the child most, so it's important to be considerate and mindful of the environment in which that kid will grow and develop in.

Our kid's are the product of the environment we create. They remind us of the many things we should also love about ourselves because they are the best versions of us. Our kid's deserve everything from open communication to respect to patience and everything in between. Just know that your best is the best they will get and it's more than enough.

We hope we enjoy this episode.

    xoxo

  • Every Mistake Is A Lesson Learned | Janni Ayala & Rachel Anastacia discuss passing down lessons in parenthood, breaking generational curses, and how to be aware of the type of mother you aim to be.
    Feb 21 2025

Hey girlies💗 We hope you ALL are doing absolutely amazing. In this episode, Janni & Rach break down the importance of teaching lessons to our children, breaking those generational curses, and learning that you are capable of being the parent you want to be. Let's face it-every mistake is a lesson learned, So therefore, it is our job to pass down these lessons to our children, and guide them through as they grow. One thing about our generation as parents is that we have become very aware of the ways that we were raised, and the things that we might not want to pass down to our children. It's safe to say a lot of us are trying to break generational curses, and honestly...we should all give ourselves a pat on the back. It can be hard to unlearn things that we may have been brought up around, or let go of the feelings attached to those things. But, for the benefit of our children, we're doing the damn thing. It's so amazing to see all of us really try to be our best in this crazy world of motherhood. Just remember-you're doing great mama. And you are beyond loved!

  • WE ARE CREATED TO CREATE!| Janni Ayala & Rachel Anastacia talk the importance of sharing your truths, friendship, community, seeking the pleasures of life, and the duality of motherhood
    Feb 5 2025

    Hey mamas!

In this episode Janni Ayala & Rachel Anastacia talk about the power we hold in other's lives as women but even more specific as mothers. As moms we NEED to keep showing up no matter what, in real life AND online. Share the pretty, share the ugly, share the cuteness, share the struggle, share it all. Every life is full of beauty no matter the circumstance because through it all, you are still doing the damn thing!!!

Motherhood is consistently so many things at one time. It's being overwhelmed all day but missing your child the moment they fall asleep. It's getting angry with them for throwing a tantrum in the middle of the grocery store but feeling so much love as they reach out their arms for you. It's yelling in frustration at them but feeling guilty for not being able to stay calm. That's just what motherhood is sometimes.. and still somehow it's all worth it.

We discuss friendship and the importance of finding real friends. Of course people will come and go but you will always know who's truly there for you. Many moms openly discusses how hard it is to find other mom friends but don't give up on finding your people or even just one person. They do exist... and if anything, we are here for you!

We are all "CREATED TO CREATE." Our creations are limitless. Creating life, friendships, memories, love, stories, content, knowledge, beauty. Everything in our lives and those around us is created by us. We appreciate the amazing "artist" that you are because look at all you've created!

take some time to be still with the masterpiece you call life. Isn't it lovely?

We hope you enjoy this episode.

    We love you!!! <3
