welcome to a new year with shallow, but deep! this episode covers specific moments in 2022 and things that i am planning for in 2023. 2022 was life-changing year for me, so i had to give thanks to her by stating all of the wonderful/not-so-wonderful things that took place. there are many goals and plans that i have for 2023, but i think it is important to not get so overwhelmed with several miniscule goals and resolutions. my advice is to set a few goals that cover a broad area of your life. enjoy this episode and have a wonderful new year :)
