About 117,500 of these toys were sold in the US. and about 25,786 were sold in Canada at Amazon.com, PlayMobi.com, on other online platforms, and in specialty toy stores from November 2019 through January 2024.
Take these toys away from children. Contact Mobi Games via the email recall@playmobi.com to obtain a full refund. To receive the refund, you must register the product online at playmobi.com, confirm that its strings have spherical ends, and email a photo of the destroyed toy missing the spherical ends with with your initials and the date on the teal cylinder.
