  • Nick Jonas Talks 'Sunday Best,' Camp Rock, Fatherhood, and Marriage
    Feb 9 2026

Nick Jonas joins us on the couch for on his own for the very first time to discuss his new solo album Sunday Best, a record that reflects on his childhood, how his artistry has changed since becoming a dad, self-criticism, spending time in India with Priyanka’s family, and his current relationship with faith. As Nick puts it, it took two years to make the record but really it took 33 years. Interestingly JP Saxe’s social post about low ticket sales wound up being a catalyst for Nick to reach out… and the beginning of a very fruitful collaboration. And of course we get the skinny on ‘Camp Rock 3’ and what was going through his head during that now-viral Golden Globes video.

  • December 10 Talks Reality TV, Simon Cowell, One Direction Comparisons, and Debut Single “Run My Way”
    Feb 5 2026

Simon Cowell — label exec, talent reality TV judge OG, “bad guy,” perma-aviator sporting, tight top-and-high pant wearer etc. and so on — fancies a challenge. He wants to create a new boy band, one that will challenge the omnipotence of K-pop, a band that will put his name back in the cultural conversation. A lot is on the line.

He scours Dublin, Liverpool, and London for plucky teen hopefuls. The initial response to his call for auditions is a little meh, but then the judges uncover some gems, albeit ones with strikingly similar haircuts.

A thousand is whittled down to under ten hopefuls who battle it out for five spaces in the as-of-yet unnamed boy band and across the six episodes viewers start to really care about the journey of these wannabe stars. Cowell is torn! He ultimately plumps for seven members (in true KPop style) and so we have Cruz Lee-Ojo, Danny Bretherton, Hendrik Christoffersen, John Fadare, Josh Olliver, Nicolas Alves, and Seán Hayden. And know they’re on our couch.

We find out a bit more about the septet: where they’re from, previous talent show accolades, what instruments they play, who loves school, who used to be a semi-pro soccer player, who almost pursued rugby full time. And of course we ask about Cowell, working with storied songwriters like Poo Bear and Savan Kotecha (Bieber, 1D, respectively), why Brits are so obsessed with breaking America, One Direction comparisons, squaring up to BTS, and so much more.

  • Louis Tomlinson Talks New Album "How Did I Get Here?," Palaces, One Direction and Dark To Light
    Jan 23 2026

A man who needs no intro, Louis Tomlinson joins us on the couch to discuss his new solo album ‘How Did I Get Here?’ — a record he wrote alongside British artists like Hurts’ Theo Hutchcraft, The Music’s Robert Harvey, David Sneddon and others. Recorded in Costa Rica, it’s an album where the former One Direction star embraces his love of pop, vulnerability, and honesty in a new way.

We also talk about being a dad to Freddie — and how he keeps him young — love, his newfound confidence with being a solo artist, and lurking, occasional imposter syndrome). Plus they dissect Zach’s DJ set at the 34-year-old’’ recent Away From Home Festival in upstage NY. And just what did Louis say when Plain White T’s — who were on the bill too — asked him to join them onstage for “Hey There Delilah”?
