Your Friend in the Head is the daily reset for women who are tired of being stuck in their own thoughts and ready to finally create the life they keep saying they want. It is not another motivational chat that fades by tomorrow. It is the consistent reminder that you are capable of more, that you can hold yourself to higher standards, and that you are built for transformation.

I am Henny Moody, founder of Feel Good Naked. I have guided thousands of women to transform their bodies, their minds, and their lives. I started in the fitness industry and became the head of a seven-figure brand, but I walked away because I knew the truth. Women do not need another plan, another diet, or another quick fix. They need a complete rewiring of how they think, how they act, and how they see themselves. That is the work I do, and it is why this podcast exists.

I have seen women break free from years of yo-yo dieting, crippling self-sabotage, and the belief that they are not enough. I have watched them build discipline, confidence, and a body they are proud of, but more importantly a life they finally own. Transformation is not about motivation. It is about identity. When you change who you are at the deepest level, your habits, your standards, and your results follow.

This podcast is your space for that change. Every episode is straight truth, raw honesty, and the voice that reminds you to stop shrinking yourself and start stepping into the woman you are meant to be. Think of me as the friend in your head who refuses to let you settle. The one who calls you out when you need it, reminds you of your power when you forget it, and pushes you to become unrecognisable in the best way possible.

  • Ep 86: I’m Doing Unbreakable in 60 Days, Here’s Why
    Jan 15 2026

In this episode, I’m sharing why I’ve committed to Unbreakable in 60 Days and what this challenge actually represents.

This isn’t about chasing a body or proving anything online. It’s about stepping into the athlete mindset, building structure, and showing up even when motivation is gone. I talk through what triggered this decision, why feeling resentful or activated by other people’s success is often a sign you’re meant to act, and how discipline is built through small, repeatable habits, not hype.

I break down the core pillars I’m locking in for the next 60 days, training with intention, structured nutrition, proper recovery, and protecting my energy. More importantly, I talk about who you have to become to follow through on any goal, and why following the plan, not your mood, is what actually creates momentum.

If you’ve been winging it, waiting to feel ready, or telling yourself you’ll start when life is quieter, this episode is your reminder that progress comes from commitment, not perfect conditions.

  • Ep 85: Belief Is Built, Not Manifested
    Jan 14 2026

Most women don’t actually lack motivation. They lack belief in themselves.

In this episode, I break down why your goals aren’t failing because you’re not capable, but because you don’t yet believe they’re possible for you. And that belief won’t come from vision boards, Pinterest saves, or positive thinking.

    It comes from action.

If you’ve ever set big goals but felt that quiet doubt in your gut, the one that says “this probably won’t happen for me,” this episode will hit home.

    I talk about:

    • Why belief doesn’t come first, action does
    • How small daily habits become proof your brain can’t ignore
    • Why following the plan on bad days matters more than good ones
    • How surrounding yourself with people who believe in you changes everything
    • Why goals become inevitable when you keep stacking receipts

This is about building belief the only way it actually sticks, by showing up, doing the reps, and proving to yourself that you’re someone who follows through.

    No pretending. Just the truth.

If you want your goals to stop feeling like a fantasy and start feeling inevitable, this is where it begins.

  • Ep 84: Rejection Is the Price of the Life You Want
    Jan 13 2026

    Most women aren’t failing.

    They’re avoiding rejection.

In this episode, Henny breaks down why playing it safe is keeping you stuck on the sidelines of your own life and why every “no” you’re avoiding is actually moving you closer to the breakthrough you want.

If you’ve been holding back from posting the content, starting the thing, committing to the plan, or putting yourself out there because you’re scared of failing or being rejected, this is your wake-up call.

Rejection isn’t a sign you’re doing something wrong. It’s proof you’re finally in the game.

    Inside this episode, you’ll hear:

    • Why rejection builds confidence faster than success
    • How avoiding discomfort keeps you small
    • Why action is the cure for fear
    • How every no is getting you closer to the yes that changes everything
    • What it actually takes to stop watching your life and start leading it

This is Hard Words with Henny, with a huge heart.

If you want the body, the confidence, the freedom, the business, or the life you keep saying you want, you have to be willing to pay the price.

    And that price is rejection.

Hit subscribe, send this to a woman who needs to hear it, and then go do the thing you’ve been avoiding.

    You’re closer than you think.
