Many people notice that even after resting, their body never fully settles.

The nervous system remains slightly braced, still processing the environment long after the day has ended.


Most people assume that tiredness comes from doing too much.

But the whole system - body, nervous system, energetic system, field and consciousness - doesn't stop working when the day ends. It continues scanning the environment it inhabits. Reading flat surfaces that provide almost nothing to settle on. Meeting walls that return the field to itself before it has finished its natural movement. Processing the energetic load of everything in the space whether visible or not.


This is why rest so rarely fully restores. The system hasn't stopped. It has simply changed what it's working on.
