I’m sharing a simple moment from my birthday trip to London that stopped me in my tracks and reminded me of something fundamental: your beliefs create your reality. What you think is available to you shapes what you see, what you reach for, and what you walk straight past without even noticing.
Instead of diving into all the ways we can practise self-love and self-compassion, this episode zooms out and looks at the root of it all… self-belief. The belief that you are capable. The belief that you are worthy. And the belief that you don’t have to earn rest, joy, or expansion by burning yourself out first.
