It represents a bond that transcends time, distance, and even death a friendship where two people see each other at the level of the soul. Knowing to live with clarity, presence, and intention. It’s about learning how to slow down, rediscover belonging, and honor the sacredness of ordinary life.

The soul is where the human and divine meet

This was a soothing episode, a beautiful overview of Irish Celtic wisdom and the concept of Anam Cara.
We can have close friends and they are lovely and dear and even life changing, but true Anam Cara are difficult to come by. Rare, beautiful, sacred. I'll be listening again for sure.

Heart warming and reflexion

I loved Stuart’s perspective on what a soul friend (Anam Cara) truly is in the Celtic culture and his interpretation of the book Anam Cara. On my recent trip to Ireland, I stopped in a local bookstore and picked up the book which I read during my flight home to the US. Since I was in high school, I have been drawn to Celtic culture and Listening to Stuart explain how the Celts way of life was basically one of gratitude and reflexion has made me want to look at life and friendships in a whole new way.
