You Have the Power
Ephesians 1:3 –
"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ."
Luke 10:19 –
"Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you."
God has already given us the power. We don’t need to wait for it, search for it, or wish for it—we need to use it.
Ephesians 1:3 declares that we have been blessed with ALL spiritual blessings in Christ. This means that everything we need to walk victoriously has already been deposited into our lives.
Paul explains in Ephesians 1:3-14 that our blessings in Christ are complete and irrevocable. The original Greek text shows that this passage is one continuous thought in the mind of God—there is no interruption, no hesitation.
Look at what God has already done for us:
✅ He hath blessed us – We are not waiting for blessings; we are already blessed. ✅ He hath chosen us – We are not afterthoughts; we were handpicked by God. ✅ He hath predestined us – Our lives have divine purpose. ✅ He hath made us accepted – We are already approved in Christ. ✅ We have redemption – The price has been paid in full. ✅ He hath abounded toward us – God’s grace overflows in our lives. ✅ He hath made known unto us the mystery of His will – He reveals His plan to His people. ✅ We have obtained an inheritance – We have a rich legacy in Christ. ✅ We are sealed with the Holy Spirit – Our salvation and authority are secured.
When we fully embrace these truths, we will begin to walk in the power God has already given us!
Spiritual Gifts: Equipping the Body of Christ
As part of our spiritual inheritance, God has equipped us with supernatural gifts. These gifts are the tools that make us effective in ministry, warfare, and daily life.
📌 Nine Spiritual Gifts (1 Corinthians 12:7-11): 🔹 Gifts that reveal something: Word of Wisdom, Word of Knowledge, Discerning of Spirits 🔹 Gifts that do something: Faith, Working of Miracles, Gifts of Healing 🔹 Gifts that say something: Prophecy, Divers Kinds of Tongues, Interpretation of Tongues
📌 Five Governmental Gifts (Ephesians 4:11): 🔹 Apostles – Pioneers and leaders of new works. 🔹 Prophets – Those who declare God’s Word with power. 🔹 Evangelists – Those who carry the Gospel to the lost. 🔹 Pastors – Shepherds who guide and feed the flock. 🔹 Teachers – Those who break down the Word for spiritual growth.
These gifts are not given for personal fame or self-glorification—they are given for the equipping of the saints and the strengthening of the Church.
That is why the enemy works overtime to keep the Body of Christ divided.
🚨 If we are separated, our gifts become dormant. 🔥 If we are unified, we are armed and dangerous!
Enough is Enough! It’s Time to Fight!
Enough is enough when: 🚨 Over 1,500 babies are aborted each day in the U.S. 🚨 Preachers are condoning and performing same-sex marriages. 🚨 Young men idolize rappers instead of righteous leaders.
In times past, young men looked up to godly leaders like: ✅ Bishop Curtis Brown Jr. ✅ Bishop Thomas P. Bulter ✅ Bishop Ronald Carter ✅ Bishop George Austin 11 ✅ Bishop Wilbur Jones
But today, many look up to secular influencers like: ❌ Lil Wayn
