changed: kids still need strong relationships, independence, and room to grow. This

about knowing when to step back.

Kids haven’t fundamentally changed—but their world has. Technology, constant connection,
and increased pressure mean they rarely get a break from being “on.”
Parents are more involved than ever, but more involvement doesn’t always mean better
outcomes. Independence, problem-solving, and learning from consequences are still critical
life skills.
What matters most hasn’t changed: strong relationships, curiosity, and the space to grow. Kids
need support, but they also need room to struggle, to be bored, and to figure out who they are
on their own.
