A tunnel, by definition, has two openings. That is not vague optimism. It’s structure. If you are in a tunnel, there is an exit, even if you cannot see it at this time. What creates suffering is not the darkness itself. It’s the story that the darkness is permanent.

You may not know the way. But there is a way. Stay present long enough, and it will begin to show itself.

You must have noticed there have been no new uploads for quite a while.

As I age, I become aware of a shift in my perspective on several aspects of life. That shift is not a different road; it’s more a clearer view of the path. Seeing things with more flavour and nuance. While the values, heart and spirit remain the same, I believe the perspective has widened and deepened.
