You Gotta Meet Sue Donnelly!

Sue Donnelly is a Managing Director at KPMG International and the Global Head of Performance Solutions. Her true passion is helping people unlock their own possibilities - bringing practical performance consulting, human‑centered design, and coach‑like leadership to the challenges organizations face today. Previously, Sue founded PathFinder Solutions, serving clients across industries and now uses this channel to coach senior executives and their teams as they navigate leadership in an AI‑driven world. She is a keynote speaker, curriculum advisor at TMU’s Chang School of Business and is a founding member of Be Uninterrupted, volunteering her time to help women thrive at work and in life. Sue is very happily married and the proud mom of three adult children—her pride, her “prototypes” for how we learn in life, and her hope for the next generation. She also volunteers with Therapeutic Paws of Canada as a Community Volunteer since November 2019.
