Some reflective prompts to get you started:

  1. Am I approaching any areas of my life I want to improve with pressure and force? What do I fear? What am I ashamed of? Why?
  2. What examples of self-improvement can I recall from my time growing up? Were they rooted in shame and fear, or in love?
  3. What things about myself make me feel uncomfortable? Do I feel the need to "fix" or "eliminate" them? Or am I able to embrace them? If not, why?
