    Why do we always want to rush through our journeys?

    I think for me, I put pressure on myself and my journey because I teeter back and forth with feeling like I’m behind in life and knowing that I’m exactly where I need to be in life.

    Changing my mindset has been ongoing for me. It’s one of those things that can’t just have the switch flipped. I have to be mindful of how I speak to myself and be intentional when doing the work. It’s freaking hard because certain circumstances can completely get me off track.

    There are no shortcuts.

    Every endeavor has a path.

    I discuss in this podcast episode, along with my insights on consciousness and how we’re experiencing the consciousness shift that is happening and, my thoughts of the bigger meaning of Kendrick’s performance.
