“You Are the Weather”

There’s a phrase veteran coaches use when they’ve seen the pattern too many times. When a player changes teams every year. When a family says every coach was the problem. When every room somehow “wasn’t good enough.” They say: “If the storm follows you everywhere you go… You’re not in bad weather. You are the weather.”
