  • How Prepared Are Unprepared Are Small Agencies With Large Crowds
    Jun 3 2024

The Dark History of Freaknik and Law Enforcement's Goal to Stop the Party. Freaknik was an annual spring break event in Atlanta, Georgia, from the mid-1980s until the late 1990s. • Domestic Violence Against Female Musicians
    May 25 2024

Diddy is just the latest in a long line of musical abusers, footage of rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs assaulting his then-girlfriend Cassandra Ventura in a hotel in 2016. Brings back the horrifying stories between the late Tina Turner and Ike Turner. It's easy how entertainers like “Diddy” and others have forgotten the images in 2009 between Rihanna and Chris Brown

The music industry has been criticized for not taking enough action against domestic violence, and some say that the industry has failed Black women survivors.

Join the Co-host Chiefs live on Thursday at 6PM CST. As they discuss not only has the music industry failed Black women, but we will also go a step further and ask the question what about the Black Community? Do Black men come out and speak against domestic violence, or do they turn a blind eye?
