You can feel like your self-confidence is shattered. When you wonder if you are good enough, life can seem hopeless. You might feel like giving up on yourself.But listen, don't give up on yourself. You are NOT hopeless, and you are not your self-doubt.In this video, I am going to tell you why and show you how I overcame self-doubt. If I can do it, you can too.Anxiety sucks. This video teaches you how to stop feeling not good enough, so you can get on with your day.I'll teach you how to overcome doubt based on what made the most difference to me. I'll include 4 mindset hacks, so you can see how to love yourself and work on your mental health.Each person's wellness journey is different. There is no one-size-fits-all method.But what I learned out here is that if you want to know how to stop feeling not good enough, you have to start in the mind. That's where freedom comes from. I'm an artist and writer living off-grid. My first four years living in the wilderness were the hardest. Self-doubt came up daily. I felt hopeless, that I was not good enough and had no chance of making it. I constantly had "Am I good enough? Will I make it?" running through my mind. It didn't feel great, distracted me, and caused way more problems than I needed.But, what I discovered out here changed my life forever.I had no time to feel sorry for myself. I had to act because my life depended on it. Everything I took for granted, like fresh water, had to be carried through the rocky terrain out here.If I didn't focus I'd injure myself, end up sick, or worse. I had to push through, regardless of what my mental state was doing.Through persistence, and the mindset hacks I'll give you in this video, I did more than survive. I'm thriving now, and living my best life. A life I've dreamt about for years.Along with this video, I've also written an in-depth article on not feeling good enough.
