  • Try this while you're on holiday
    Dec 11 2025

In the final episode for 2025, I'm inviting you to observe something next time you're on a break. It's about noticing to the elements of a holiday that make it feel so good. It goes beyond simply not working, if you really pay attention, and it can make a difference in your day-to-day if you choose to let it.

This is the final episode for 2025. I'm taking an intentional pause and will return in the new year with refreshed clarity and rhythm for the year ahead. Thank you so much for being with me this year. I'll see you on the other side.

  • Growing up in a Genocide with Sara Musleh
    Dec 4 2025

My guest today is Sara Musleh, a young woman in Gaza, whose life was turned upside down from the morning in October 2023 when she lay down for a nap and awoke to the sound of bombing and the beginning of a nightmare.

Finishing your final year of school exams can be stressful at the best of times. Sara has done it while under attack, fearing for her life, being displaced numerous times, lacking food and electricity.

Sara generously shares her experience of living in a genocide, what keeps her going, what the so-called ceasefire means on the ground, and what those of us who care can do to stand with the people of Gaza.

  • Your Inner Critic: Here's What You Need to Know
    Nov 6 2025

Let’s talk about your inner critic. We all have one, and at times they can get really loud. It can make for a pretty unpleasant inner world, and can hold you back from showing up in the world the way you otherwise might.

Today I'm sharing four things you need to know about your inner critic so they don't run (or ruin!) your life.

  • Just Try Something
    Oct 31 2025

You know those times when you can see a pattern repeating? It's really not working for you, but you just keep letting it play out.

In the early days of my business, for three Decembers in a row, we had really low revenue. It was stressful and daunting, being unsure if I'd have enough to pay the rent and the team and to make it through this yearly ebb.

So, rather than just waiting for the same pattern to repeat again, one year I decided I had to just try something.

It worked! And completely changed the shape of my business.

In this episode, I’m talking about that moment when you move from overwhelm, helplessness or resignation into action. It's about making an empowered attempt.

  • Art, Business & Professional Listening with Alice Edy
    Oct 23 2025

Alice Edy is a lifelong doodler, professional listener, and the illustrator behind her business, Live Drawing. She transforms complex conversations, workshops and events into hand-drawn visuals.

Her work may look like drawing, but really it's about listening. Alice has an incredible ability to tune in to what matters - in her work and also (I can attest) in her daily life.

In today's episode we hear about how Alice moved from almost resenting her business to absolutely loving it. And I press her for the secret to pro-level listening. Turns out, it's something we can ALL do.

Alice is one of those people who's just really good at converation (we chat about that too!). I'm sure you're going to enjoy this episode.

  • Meditation for Activists
    Oct 16 2025

When you're consistently showing up and standing up for people and causes that matter, it can take a toll. When you're driven by a purpose or attuned to the suffering of others, it can be easy to neglect to care for yourself. But, regardless of the form of activism you participate in, you want to be in it for the long haul.

So it's important that you don't burn yourself out in the process of showing up for others.

Today's guided meditation is for you. It's not about selfishness or ignoring the need outside yourself. It's about tending to yourself as well as the people and causes that you're passionate about.

This meditation can be done seated, lying down or walking. It's okay to do while driving - just don't close your eyes!
