We interview Nyema Ingleton, who is a defender at West Virginia University and with the Jamaican women's national team. Nyema grew up in Airdrie and played soccer as a youth in Calgary before moving to Vancouver to join the Whitecaps program. We talk about her career so far, the Mountaineers upcoming first match in the NCAA soccer tournament and what it's like to play international football with Jamaica.

Cavalry FC is now in their offseason, but we look at a list of players who we suspect are out of contract. We also talk about Cavalry players participating in international action this week.
