Worry

AVIS reminds us that worrying serves no purpose. It is debilitating and it cannot solve any problems. But you can never reach a state where worry will not arise. There cannot be an absence of worry. But if you become more aware of yourself, says AVIS, you can learn to be non-worrying - where the worry arises, it arrives, but you don't pick it up!
