  • Jesus' Surprising Definition of Greatness
    Feb 5 2026

What does Jesus really mean when He tells adults to become like children?

In Matthew 18, Jesus completely redefines greatness—not as influence, perfection, or spiritual maturity—but as humility, trust, and childlike dependence on God. In our study today, we explore what it looks like to lay down pride, comparison, and self-reliance in order to behold God as our King with a surrendered heart.

    Together, we’ll unpack:

    • Why Jesus places a child in the center—and what that reveals about the Kingdom of Heaven
    • The difference between childlike faith and childish faith
    • How humility positions us to truly see and receive God
    • What it means to live under God’s authority with trust rather than fear

This study invites us to unlearn what the world has taught us about power and success—and return to the posture Jesus honors most: a heart that kneels, trusts, and looks up.

Matthew 18:3 “Truly, I say to you, unless you turn and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.”

  • Listen To Him
    Jan 29 2026

While in Matthew 17, Jaclyn asks us to accept that He sees us—not as we see ourselves. He sees us as pure. If you have accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, you have been transformed. Accept it and see yourself as He sees you. The negative thoughts you have about yourself are yours, not His.
He has prepared you for the next step of obedience. Take that step and allow yourself to be transformed.
Challenge: Submit your thoughts to God.

  • JESUS VS RELIGION
    Jan 23 2026

Jesus warns His disciples about the leaven of the Pharisees and Sadducees—and they completely miss the point. Sound familiar? In Matthew 16:5–12, we see how easy it is to confuse religion with a real, living relationship with Jesus.

In this week’s study, we’ll explore what “leavened bread” really represents, how religious thinking quietly shapes our faith, and how Jesus invites us into freedom, discernment, and truth. This passage challenges us to ask: Am I feeding on Jesus… or just religious habits?

  • Check Your Heart
    Jan 15 2026

Jaclyn reviews Matthew 15 and the hearts of the Pharisees as they strive to follow their own man-made laws rather than God’s laws. Do you try to honor God with your lips or with your heart?
    Today’s challenge:
Evaluate your heart. Do you honor God?

  • Do You See Jesus?
    Jan 8 2026

Do you see Jesus in the midst of a storm, or only in the quiet times? As Jaclyn reviews Matthew 14, we see that even believers who were close to Jesus didn't see Him. Don't let your trials block your view of Jesus.

  • The Kingdom Of Heaven Is At Hand
    Dec 11 2025

As Jaclyn takes us through Matthew 13, she reminds us that we are living in the Kingdom of God. Everyone who is alive right now is living in the Kingdom of God. With that in mind, think about what type of seed you are. Are you in the good soil, producing a harvest? What about the person sitting next to you? Ponder these questions through the lens of eternity as you pray for your own growth and for those around you.
