Woman gets at least 5 years in prison for deadly Livonia fireworks crash

WWJ's Jon Hewett reports Tuesday marked the formal sentencing for 55-year-old Tammy Sandoval of Mount Morris — the driver in the hit-and-run crash at that killed 3-year-old Khalil Robinson as he and his family were leaving the Livonia Spree fireworks show last summer.
