  • Episode 5: The Power of Mutually Benefical Partnerships
    Feb 13 2025

Successful business-nonprofit partnerships are built on shared values, but the most impactful ones go beyond short-term gains. Lasting collaborations should be mutually beneficial, ensuring both organizations grow by exchanging time, skills, expertise, and resources.

In this episode, we hear from Claire Morris and Tracy Wilkinson about how their partnership began and evolved into something far greater than either expected. More than just providing much-needed support, this collaboration fostered deep personal and professional growth for both. Claire became a vital "critical friend," helping After Umbrage refine its strategic direction and expand its services in ways that wouldn't have been possible alone.

This is a powerful example of a partnership built on true reciprocity—one that stands the test of time. Enjoy the listen!
