"How do you become wise? I would say listen to nothing and nobody. Except for yourself, make sure you fully open yourself up, cleanse yourself from. Your ego, your triggers, your projections from your traumas..and when you listen, listen with two ears and speak with one mouth. Make sure that any information you gather, you can filter and then you can meditate and ponder upon it if you desire so. But you decide and you ultimately have this inner knowing, this intuition. And wherever it is in your body, you know what is right for you. You know the truth."
