Back in 2009, in a pre-Instagram world, Oscar-winner Kate Winslet took Associated Newspapers to court over an article published in the Daily Mail that claimed she was lying about her exercise regime. Why was it so important to her to set the record straight? Why did the Daily Mail even go there when they knew she had already won a similar case against Grazia magazine?
