Welcome to Wiggle to Wind Down, the new podcast series produced by CoComelon and Headspace Studios. Created with the guidance of Headspace’s Dr. Jon Kole, sleep expert and child psychiatrist, the show is on a mission to help families build healthy, lifelong habits for a peaceful night’s sleep. Each 20-minute episode, hosted by Headspace meditation teacher Dora Kamau and Violet Winter Cilen, the voice of CoComelon's JJ, combines gentle movement with enchanting storytelling. Join Dora and JJ as they guide your family through simple "wiggles," stretches, and deep breaths, helping your little one get their energy out before settling in for a magical bedtime story. From a sea turtle's visit to an Ocean Toy Museum to a baby dinosaur’s quest for the perfect lullaby, these cozy adventures are designed to turn bedtime struggles into moments of joy and restfulness. Wiggle to Wind Down will be available October 23, 2025 with new episodes debuting every week on all major podcast distribution platforms, in the Headspace app and on the CoComelon YouTube page.
