But that “official story” would turn out to be the first crack exposing a web of corruption, cover-ups, and shocking experiments performed on unsuspecting citizens. This case isn’t just about one man’s mysterious death, it’s a reminder of how easily truth can be buried when powerful institutions control the narrative. Moral of this story... I am obsessed with Jess and Russ. I tell everyone I know to listen. My fave is when Russ makes fun of Jess farting. I am a fellow farter, and they remind me of when my hubby makes fun of my farts to our friends. It’s embarrassing but he’s just venting his frustration 😆 my fave time of day is when I’m working and listening to them!

Russ and Jess are just so likable. I love listening to their banter and stories. I tell everyone who loves true crime about this show and Im so glad they are back! even though Russ isn't religious, I've got him in my prayers.

I found this podcast by accident earlier this year (2022)and I have been hooked ever since! I was drawn in by Russ’ NY accent and stayed for the stories and the banter. Russ and Jess make these stories come alive and make me feel sad, horrified, scared and angry-all the feelings! I now quote Russ -“stay fit, stay alive!” and my personal favorite “too fat to kidnap!” Thanks for bringing light to these cases and thanks for showing me not everything has a horrible ending with your segment “not me! Not today!” Keep it up! ♥️
