Wichita City Council meeting twice this week

Mondays with the Mayor on Steve and Ted in the Morning, Steve gets this week's agenda from Mayor Brandon Whipple.  The Mayor says the regular meeting is mostly routine, but there is a special meeting Thursday night where the public is invited to share their opinions on budget issues.
