We’ll explore the hidden connection between worry and trauma, especially if you’ve survived narcissistic abuse, childhood trauma, toxic relationships, or are currently healing after divorce. You’ll learn how your brain and body interpret uncertainty, and why your vibration, frequency, and thoughts directly impact what you experience in your reality.

I’ll also share a personal story about the anxiety I felt around my daughter driving and how it drove me into a spiral of tracking, overthinking, and emotional dysregulation until I used my own subconscious reprogramming tools to shift it.

This episode offers practical insight into how to stop worrying, how to begin to rewire your nervous system, and how to let go of the belief that “if I don’t worry, something bad will happen.”
