I have been binge-listening every single episode since I came across the podcast by accident. The information is literally life changing. I haven't bought a physical book in decades but I am now reading Total Gut Balance and loving it. Thank you so much for doing this!

You mentioned in this episode that you wish you could use a microbial spray to keep mold out of the bathroom. There might be something to that.

I have grown alfalfa sprouts since my dad taught me as a child. We used jars with pantyhose stretched across the mouths for screens for pouring out the water after washing.

Just the other day my girlfriend suggested washing the pantyhose so they don't mildew from sitting there being wet, but we never did that at all and there was never any funky smell like the dish rag or sponge will get.

It occured to me that the sprouts might have their own team of microbes keeping the mildew at bay. It would be interesting to look into the effects of sprouts and just any old house plants on the microbi-home (haha)
